Here are some pictures of an original Le Rhone prop that I will soon be posting on e-bay..The prop still has the 'cloth' on the tips but has seen better days...There are slight cracks emitting from a few bolt holes...No other damage..

It's not a Sopwith Camel propeller.

The stampings indicate that it was for the Thomas Morse Scout "S 4 C" trainer, built in the U.S. It looks identical to this propeller, which was also manufactured by Hardman and Peck. Several other manufacturers made that same model, including Westmoore.

Most people building flying replicas of WW1 aircraft will not use original propellers, as the wood loses much of its strength and integrity with aging, and as a collectible it's worth considerably more if its kept in original condition, even if doesn't look perfect.
