I have acquired an old wooden propeller, provenance unknown. The details are as follows:
The hub is an 8 bolt hole configuration, with a hub diameter of 10 and 1/8 inches on the back (towards the motor) and 6 and 1/2 inches on the front of the hub. The bolt diameter is .375 inches, with the bore of the main mounting hole in the center of the hub at 2.5 inches.
Judging by the scimitar shaped blades and the length (7 feet), along with the dimensions mentioned above, I'm thinking this is pre-WW2 manufacture. However, I have not been able to locate any makers marks on the prop, so I'm just guessing at this point.
Any help with identification would be appreciated.
