Hi,
I have just listed on Ebay a propeller that was turned into a clock once upon a time, i have had it for 17 years from a Aunt who had it from her Uncle, apparently from WWI, i did not do any research on the item prior to listing, but i did find near the head a few letters and numbers and an impression of the word Maybach, i was wondering if some of you more knowlegable folk could give me any idea to its value, if any, or maybe some history about it, i have had it covered in the garage for the last 17 years and only now seem to be getting interested in it. Appreciate any comments.
Thanks.
I have made out above the impresion of MAYBACH the leters ST and 200 and numbers 7069. The Prop is made up of 10 splices of wood.
