GB Lewis Wooden Prop Id

I have a wooden prop, made by GB Lewis Co., with serial numbers that are not listed on their web page to help identification.

Any ideas where I might research this propeller, besides the manufacturer site?

If it doesn't have drawing numbers the only thing that might help is a "TC" number, which refers to its Type Certificate. Without either of those it's probably not identifiable and likely was never put into service.

Dave, there are lots of numbers, but I cannot find an exact match on the GB Lewis website.

It says, exactly:

G.B. Lewis Co.
Ser. 8340
ES. L55C-2-3
P.C.20 T.C. 818

I am not sure that there is a 4 on the end of the ES L55C-2-3, as it is worn or scratched somewhat, but I cannot feel any depression in the wood.

That was the closest I could come to a match, by adding a 4 that is not there.
