I have a propeller from a Curtiss Flying boat, vintage 1918 or there about, that I would like to sell because I need a new crank shaft for my Champ. I guess that I'd rather see a prop going round and round rather than hanging on my shop wall.
I had it listed on ebay for $1,800, shipping included, but had no takers or lookers. I was wondering if anyone in this forum may have any comments or advice as to how to sell this prop. It is in good shape for display purposes but one glue joint has become somewhat delaminated (see attached photo).
I also have a prop for a Curtiss Oreol which is in very good shape. Except for its age, it could be considered airworthy with a bit of polishing up. I will attach photos of the HS2L Prop.
