Banks-Maxwell Wood Propeller

I am looking at a Banks-Maxwell Wood Propeller. I don't know if it is for a plane or boat. I was told they made mostly small props used only on target drones - 36.25 inches long Please advise. Hopefully the picture will show.

With the metal clad tips and leading edges I'd say it's for a boat.
