Chauvière wooden propeller identification

A friend of mine on a french ppl forum owns a Chauvière wooden propeller but ignores where it comes from.

We have made a lot of research but have no clues on our findings;

What will be your proposal as far as the aircraft and engine it fits ?

I think it is a later model propeller (some time after WW1), based on the size and the numbers stamped on it. Most of the early Chauviere propellers had these features:

• Serie number either 4 or 5 digits with the first digit a "1" or a "2". (Exception was 3095 and 3096, both of which were about 3 m in length.)
  
• Diameter (length) usually 2.5 to 3 meters
  
• 8 bolt holes
  
• Usually mahogany, walnut or other dark species wood.

The decal, however, looks very much like early Chauviere design.
