Help with wood Strom prop identification????

I purchased a wooden prop this afternoon to hang in a cabin. It's about 6.5 feet long.

Stamped on the hub:

STROM PROP CO.
ST. JAMES
D 76 IN
P-(something????)-C (or maybe a "6")

Any information including what aircraft this might have been on would be greatly appreciated.
