What type of plane was it attached to? It's approx. value and any other info. Thank you for your expertice.

It's for a Cessna T50 and Beech 17L, both with Jacobs engines, like the plane flown in the "Sky King" TV series See this page for the listings.

Its value depends mostly on its condition. Original condition with original decals commands signficantly higher values. For some reason that's a fairly commonly found model, manufactured by Hartzell and other manufacturers.

A picture would help with value a guestimate.
