To my knowledge no one has a list of drawing numbers (DN837 is likely "drawing number") for the Story Aircraft Company, so it's going to be hard to know what it was designed to be used on.

I think it was manufactured in the 1930's, based on what little bit of history I found here (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Union_Aircraft_Company).

Thank you for your reply!
Any tips on how to sell this propeller with not much information. I have no idea of the value.
Any help would be appriciated!

Thanks again!

I'd just get some good photos, provide an honest description and list it on eBay. I've found that listing a low opening bid is the best stimulus to encourage bidding, but if you wanted a suggestion for a starting price I'd say $700, which almost certainly would be outbid.

(Sometimes it even helps to link to this discussion in the listing.)
