  • I.D. please

    Hi, I have a beautiful wooden propellor which I'd like to identify and value for sale. It measures approx. 2.2 metres and has 8 boltholes,

    The brass plaque reads;
    DRG no/4
    Z 3931
    CHEETAH X LH
    D.7 .33' P.6.96'

    Any info or help would be very much appreciated. Thanks

    "Value" could be almost anything, but is very dependent on condition. Check eBay for similar completed sales.

      If it helps, the second propeller from the top on this website seems to have similar if not the same markings as yours. They claim theirs is from 1940. http://www.warbirdsite.com/museumprops.html
