Looking through old posts I found someone who had a 9' propeller with this writing on it:
"AIRPLANE PT-1
STANDING R.P.M.
ENGINE WRIGHT-E-198H.
PART NO 074067
A.G.NO. 29-1914.".

I am searching for a similar propeller from a PT-1 to be purchased, preferably not restored. Any suggestions as to where I can find one?

I sold one years ago, and I think it's hanging in some military officer's organization (can't remember the exact name) on the Mall in Washington, DC.

They might have leads on others . . .

Hmm....maybe so! Really just looking for a 7'-9' old wooden propeller of any kind. Challenging to find one that someone hasn't tried to restore to original condition!

I'm going to be selling about 20 of them in the next month or two. They are all "Early" propellers and are all original. If you want to be notified via email before they go on sale, PM me with your email address and I'll add you to the list. SOME of them will be coming from this group (http://www.woodenpropeller.com/Photo_Gallery.html), although some of those have been sold and some others aren't yet added, so that group just gives you an idea of what's going to be available.
