9 ft. WWI wooden propeller with DES

Selling a wooden propeller due to downsizing. The propeller is approx. 9 ft. across, made of mahogany or cherry wood with brass fittings. The hub is 8 bolt and in good condition. He's now 90 years young but can't remember manufacturer. Has a DES number. thanks

then beside the 1 is a space then either 11 or roman numeral II
under DES:
