    i have the centre piece of a world war one prop which has various marks including a date and several words. It is mounted and these are the only words i can see. Can anyone help.

    It might be worth unmounting it and seeing if identifying information might be on the other side.

      Hi

      these images are from the underside, what they have done is take off a section with a plain to the underside to create a flat surface these words are all that are left to the side of the removed part.

        Ray,

        LP indicates the Lang Propeller Co and the word under that is Scout, indicating the Sopwith Scout, more widely known as the Sopwith Pup.
