You are correct in the assumption of a Liberty engine (the stamping "US 12" was often used instead of "Liberty), but beyond that I don't recognize any of the other stampings as such. I'm not at my reference material now, however, and will try to check when I get home.

It looks similar to many props seen on the DH4 with a Liberty engine, but that by no means identifies it as such.
