Hi, New member here...
I have about 6 old wooden props that I am planning to sell and I would like to know a little more about each of them - one at a time; starting with this one:

Hartzell Propeller Co.
Piqua, OH

Design 669-G
SR. No 14731

It measures 8'-3" (99") and is 6" thick at the hub.

According to www.modernwoodenpropellers.com
Design 669G-68 was made for a Waco with a Continental 210 HP R-670

Mine is just stamped 669-G, is this for the same (Waco) application? Can anyone tell me more about it, such as the date of manufacture?

Thanks for your help,
Jeff

Here's a photo of four of the six props I'm selling plus a few close-up shots of the prop that I'm asking about in this post.

Welcome to the Forum Raptor.

The 68 in the design number refers to the pitch so I would consider that a valid identification. Unfortunately, there is no way to date the prop. Records of dates of manufacture by serial number have apparently not survived. Nice prop.
