help identify Sensenich model no.69HTL-30 Serial no.67275 new here hope i did this RIGHT

It doesn't show up specifically on any of the Sensenich lists I have, but all of the DES 69 models seem to have been used for 40 hp Continental engines, and most of them were listed for the Piper J2 Cub, the predecessor of the J3.
