  • Propeller Identification

Hello everyone. What a neat place..a lot of knowledge out there. I recently bought a 44''wooden propeller. It's has 6 holes, 2'' inside diamater, 3.5'' thick at the hub, the blade are 4'' wide near the hub , the only markings are near the center... JJ111. The previous owner did not know much about it. It was painted green and he removed all the paint and polished the wood. It looks realy good. Any help identifying it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Considering its small size I doubt it's an airplane prop but most likely for an airboat, drone or ultralight. I don't recognize the JJ111 designation either; perhaps it's a model number.

Thanks Lamar. The guy I bought it from said that he thought it was a propeller off an Army drone, used to drag targets for well...target pratice. Maybe he did know what he was talking about.
