    i have this item on ebay 360251382703
    can you please help me and have a look at it and tell me what it is.

    The "PP" is almost certainly "Paragon Propeller", which is the designation assigned to the American Propeller Company by the Navy in 1918. (See "abreviations". The "SE" is likely a "Steam Engineering" number. Steam Engineering was the Navy Department that procured propellers in the late teens. I don't know specifically what engine it might have been fitted to, but with hub dimensions it would be possible to at least eliminate some of the possibilities.

    Something strange has been done to the hub, however, as the rear honeycombed looking structure has only 6 holes, and the face shows an 8 hole pattern, which is probably the correct one. If the hub has been cut up for a clock or other item, the value is decreased markedly. It's also possible that it has been repainted at some point, also diminishing its value.
