Westmoore prop in Chicago????

Anyone know about the history of the Westmoore Propeller factory at 308-324 N. Ada Street in Chicago??????

Just that they made quite a few propellers for the Navy Bureau of Steam Engineering in the late teens and early twenties. Not much seems to remain of their history, as near as I can tell.
