I have an Hartzell prop design A707/80 (90) 8 hub that is in good overall condition. The reference guide says that this matches a Beech B17L and/or Cessna T50 Jacobs L 4 225 hp engine. Is this prop worth anything other than sentimental value?

In real estate I've heard it said that value depends on location, location and location.
In wooden props I'd say that it's condition, condition and condition. Rarity doesn't enter the picture here as this one isn't rare. But, has it been refinished? Is it damaged other than normal little dings and such that show it's age and character? Has it ever been altered to house a clock or barometer?
I'd suggest that good quality pictures would help answer your question.
