I have what is possibly a Spitfire prop, made from wood, possibly ash. I traced the numbers on the bottom and came up with the following:

(J/U)P 25988(8/6)6
RWC 5 2 9
Anything that I have put in brackets is either one or the other, its quite hard to tell.
Can anyone help me with identifying what plane this came from and what year?
