I need assistance on an ID for a Flottorp Prop

I have a friend who has had a flottorp propeller for a while, and we were curious to find out when it was made, what it was used on, and an approximate value for the thing, description follows

flottrop gr mich is stamped (not decaled) into the brass edge protector
length is 102 inches
has both bolt plates (inner and outer) 8 bolt pattern
has original orange paint on the center section (nose?)
number stamped 12802

I believe that 12802 is probably the model number, although it's not listed.

There was a model number 10262 that was 102 inches long, so it may be a variation of that.

"Value" is impossible to determine without seeing its condition. I suspect that if there are no decals, it was probably refinished at some point.
