Hello,
I am considering the purchase of a wooden Flottorp prop that's about 60". The hug has six bolt holes. It isn't airworthy and I can't find any reference information on it. It does have two Flottorp decals (one on each blade). They indicate that it was manufactured by Univair in Denver, Colorado. Any idea as to what the value of this prop would be? The seller claims that it is a WWII prop and is asking $1000.00 for it (originally he was asking $1500.00).
I've been searching the internet for a couple of days now trying to get some information about this prop, but without any numbers it is difficult to track it down to determine a manufacturing date and a value.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
