Hamilton Aero Manufacturing
1920's
Comments: Thomas Hamilton first worked for the Matthews Brothers company in Milwaukee manufacturing propellers during WW1. Following the war he formed his own company as Hamilton Aero Manufacturing Company, which subsequently merged with Standard Steel around 1929 to become the now famous Hamilton Standard Company. This propeller was likely manufactured in the late 1920's, but in the absence of listings of design numbers I do not know what it was used on. It is in rarely found original condition with alligatoring of the finish. The orignal metal splined hub assembly is intact and included with the propeller.
