Small Generator Propellers
Late teens and early twenties
Markings:

Most are stamped:
15 inch diameter
2-10 pitch
Comments:  These small auxilliary propellers were manufactured as early as 1917, as evidenced by the short-lived and rare "Liberty" Hartzell decal on one of them.  Other early manufacturers included the American Propeller Company ("Paragon") and the Unit Construction Company ("Unico"), both active during WW1.  An excellent example of these can be found at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, where two of them are mounted on the undercarriage of the DH4 on display, shown by the arrow on the photo below.  The decals are all miniature versions of those used on full size propellers.
